Meta has launched an innovative artificial intelligence, Meta AI, which is now integrated into the messaging app, WhatsApp, offering a feature to create images. This latest digital assistant is designed to help users with various tasks, such as answering questions in one-on-one chats, as well as intervening and mediating in group discussions.
Developed on the basis of Llama 3, one of Meta’s advanced AI systems, this technology is capable of performing complex reasoning, following detailed instructions, visualizing concepts and solving complicated problems. Artificial intelligence has been incorporated into the country’s most popular messaging app, WhatsApp, performing several key functions.
New WhatsApp features with Artificial Intelligence
Meta AI can assist with a variety of tasks, such as answering information queries, generating images, suggesting recommendations, and providing real-time information. Searches can include asking for recommended places to eat, vacation, upcoming concerts in a specific location, questions about a topic when studying, and more.
Creating images with Meta AI is quite simple. You just have to enter a chat with the AI or a group and make the request after typing "@MetaAI." It is important to be specific in your query and describe the desired image style, whether it is a realistic photo, a painting, or other options. You can also adjust the characteristics of the image with additional queries to the initial description. It is important to note that, although the generated images are usually quite accurate, they may occasionally need minor adjustments.
Currently, some users can already access this feature on WhatsApp. To use Meta AI, you must look for the light blue circle icon above the search bar in the "Chats" menu. There are three main ways to interact with this AI: through searches within the App, in conversations using the "@MetaAI" formula, or as a separate contact in an individual chat.
