“Solo Leveling”: season 2 confirmed

Crunchyroll has confirmed the production of the second season of “Solo Leveling,” the anime that tells the story of Sung Jin-Woo in a world infested with monsters.

The news that Solo Leveling fans have been waiting for has come true: Season 2 of the anime has been confirmed. The announcement was made just after the end of episode 12 of the series in Japan, which aired on March 30, 2026.

There is no official release date yet, but Crunchyroll has confirmed that Season 2, titled “Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-,” will stream on its platform when it becomes available.

A short trailer has been revealed alongside the Season 2 news, as well as character art for Igris, who made her shocking debut in Episode 11.

The first season of Solo Leveling adapted the first volumes of the light novel and webtoon of the same name. Season 2 will likely continue adapting the story from where the first season left off, with Sung Jinwoo facing new challenges and even more powerful enemies.
